The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, rents premises located in Professor Olav Hanssensvei 10, Stavanger from Entra Eiendom. The total area of the building is approx. 17 000 m² of which 4 500 m² is high storage and the remaining area comprises of offices and meeting rooms, as well as various storages and archives.

The tenancy agreement implies that the Awarding Authority, from 1.1.2013, shall be in charge of the internal maintenance of the rented premises. The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with one provider who shall, on behalf of the Awarding Authority, coordinate the continuous operation through internal maintenance as well as boundary protection - i.e. service and repairs on windows, doors, storage gates, etc.

The services are to be provided in such a manner that it reflects the Awarding Authority’s values and qualities and conserve the architectural qualities and characteristics of the building, as well as ensure technical condition of internal functions and installations.

Operation includes all assignments and routines necessary for the building to work in the best possible manner functionally, technically and financially. Maintenance is defined as assignments necessary for maintain a settled level of quality for the building and the technical installations and with that ensure that the building in general function as intended.
