The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. This consultation concerns the services referred to on the front page of this document and concerns the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of the software solution of the Smart Services Platform of the Hautes-Alpes department. Minimum amount = EUR 250 000 excluding VAT — maximum amount = EUR 800 000 excl. VAT for the total four-year contract term broken down as follows:

— initial period: minimum = 150 000 EUR excluding VAT — maximum = 500 000 EUR excl. VAT for two years,

— extension period: minimum = 100 000 EUR excluding VAT — maximum = 300 000 EUR excl. VAT for two years.
