The subject of the contract is the performance of washing and cleaning services for tram cars in the period of 24 months from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2025 in order to ensure the required cleanliness of the tram rolling stock of Tramwaje Śląskie S.A.

The order includes the performance of the service at the depots of the following Company divisions:

- in Region No. 1 in Będzin (R-1), 29 Piastowska Street, 42-500 Będzin

- in District No. 2 in Katowice (R-2), 1-go Maja 152 Street, 40-237 Katowice

- in Region No. 3 in Bytom (R-3), Drzewna 2, 41-935 Bytom

- in Region No. 4 in Gliwice (R-4), Chorzowska 150, 44-100 Gliwice

Types and ranges of work:

a) washing and daily cleaning of wagons of the 105N, type 116Nd, 116Ndm, PT8, Ptm, N, E1, 2012N, Moderus Beta MF 16 AC BD, Moderus Beta MF 10 AC, Moderus Beta MF 11 AC BD, 2012N-10 and 2017N,

b) washing and cursory cleaning of wagons (washing in exchange for daily carried out to a limited extent during the occurrence of negative outside temperatures on the basis of the decision of the Deputy Regional Manager for the Depot or the shift leader),

c) washing and periodic cleaning of wagons with plastic passenger seats – part of 105N series wagons and all PT8 and N types,

d) washing and periodic cleaning of wagons with upholstered passenger seats – part of wagons of the 105N series and all types 116Nd and E1,

e) washing and periodic cleaning of wagons type 2012N, Moderus Beta MF 16 AC BD, Ptm, 116Ndm, Moderus Beta MF 10 AC, Moderus Beta MF 11 AC BD, 2012N-10, 2017N (according to the manufacturer's or contractor's recommendations taking into account the warranty granted for the vehicle),

f) as part of washing and periodic cleaning of carriages with upholstered passenger seats (regarding points D and E), the use of preparations with silver nanoparticles for surface disinfection – elimination of bacteria and fungi and unpleasant odors.
