Short description of services MSR

The present tender is for a complete renovation of a listed building of the TU Darmstadt.

The following services are to be performed:

•Switchgear heating/ventilation with approx. 4 panels

•2 switchgear ventilation with one panel

• Connection of approx. 7000 input-output object types in the main building to the existing BMS

• Connection of approx. 1500 complex object types in the main building to the existing BMS

•Connection of approx. 110 long-term event storage systems in the main building to the existing BMS

•Connection of approx. 110 long-term event storage systems in the main building to the existing BMS

•Creation of BMS plant screens 270

•130 Einzelraumregelzonen

•40 Feldcontroller BACnet

•165 Automationsboxen KNX

•20 Kleinspannungsversorgung BSK

•approx. 16 km of halogen-free sheathed cable in various cross-sections and installation methods

•approx. 35 km of halogen-free low-voltage cable in various cross-sections and installation types.

•approx. 1.5 km of halogen-free power line in various cross-sections and installation methods.

• approx. 3 km data cable Cat 7A in various types of installation.

•approx. 2800 m cable tray size from 200mmx60mm - 600mmx 60mm

•approx. 4 km of ALU installation pipe in various sizes

•Dismantling of the old system
