Hias IKS, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, shall construct a new water treatment plant at Nordsveodden in Stange municipality. The project is rooted in the principal plan for water supply for 2010-2022, the current financial plan and the joint municipal sector plan for water and sewage for Hamar, Løten, Ringsaker and Stange.

This tender contest applies to contract E21 Ground and building works Part 1 the tender description for a new Hias VBA (Hias Water treatment plant). The contract comprises the following installations:

— Hias raw water pumping station, base area approx. 145 m2,

— Hias VBA, base area approx. 2 300 m2,

— Nedre Furuberget Pumping station, has a base area of approx. 90 m2.

The contract mainly comprises earthworks for the buildings, construction works, installation of castings for technical disciplines, HVAC and sanitation installations, roads and open spaces, water and sewage installations, cable ditches, etc.
