The order includes the planning services of technical equipment according to § 53 ff HOAI in connection with Annex 15 HOAI - HLS, ALG 1-3, 7, 8, service phases 5-9 for the general renovation of the operating theater, central sterilization, recovery room at the Goldberg Clinic Kelheim.

As part of a funded measure by the Free State of Bavaria, the Goldberg Clinic Kelheim is planning to improve the structure of the existing functional areas of surgery, central sterilization and recovery room in order to ensure functionally correct and hygienically flawless operational processes. The planning services for service phases 1-4 have been provided.

The following conversion areas are planned:

Level 2: Central sterilization ventilation center

Level 3: ventilation center operating room

Level 4: Central sterilization conversion

Level 4: Conversion of the operating theater

The renovation work must be carried out in a very confined space and while the clinic is still in operation. Furthermore, the work must be coordinated with the dialysis center located above the planned operating theater department on level 5 so that operational disruptions are excluded.

The eligible costs are:

- Plant group 1: approx. EUR 0.35 million

- Plant group 2: approx. EUR 0.25 million

- Plant group 3: approx. EUR 0.85 million

- Plant group 7: approx. EUR 0.15 million

- Plant group 8: approx. EUR 0.3 million

Planned construction time:

Start of construction: March 2022

Completion: August 2024
