The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the export of municipal waste in the territory of Kondratowice Municipality between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ (which is at the same time annex 1 to the contract).

The scope of the order includes the collection of municipal waste from the territory of the Kondratowice municipality and its transport from all residents during the order period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 and the transfer of received waste for development. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The estimated mass of municipal waste is 1375.30 Mg (based on data for the last 12 months).
