To cover, in accordance with Article 73 of the Staff Regulations for Officials of the European Union, and Articles 28, 95 and 135 of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union, the financial consequences borne by the institutions, bodies and agencies following accidents and work-related illnesses of the insured persons.

To cover, in accordance with Article 25 of Annex X to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, the financial consequences borne by the institutions, bodies and agencies following accidents involving the insured persons.
