1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and cleaning services
and the order of the Ordering Party's real estate in Gdańsk at Pl. Solidarności 1, consisting of the building of the Ordering Party's registered office and external areas.
2.The Ordering Party, in accordance with Article 121(1) of the PPL Act, reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform a key task involving the provision of daily cleaning and cleaning services inside the ECS Building.
The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services and maintenance in cleanliness and order of the Ordering Party's real estate, located in Gdańsk at Pl. Solidarności 1, 80-863 Gdańsk, consisting of the building of the Ordering Party's headquarters and external areas (ECS Building), in accordance with the annex to the OPZ entitled Map Scope of the cleaning area of the ECS Building. The service will be provided by:
- under the supervision of persons indicated for individual room ranges
- according to the time of availability of each room described in the subject of the order
- with the frequencies described in the subject of the order
- on surfaces as described in the subject of the order
- to the extent described in the subject matter of the contract.
The Contractor shall refer to the performance of the order the number of persons as is necessary for the careful, proper and comprehensive execution of the object of the contract, as appropriate to the specified scope, not including the cleaning staff of the person of the Coordinator of the Cleaning Service. Minimum cast of cleaning staff required:
a. in the off-season:
-cleaning of the ECS Building from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 16:00 - a minimum of 5 (five) people plus the Cleaning Service Coordinator,
-cleaning of the ECS Building from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00 - minimum 6 (six) people plus the Cleaning Service Coordinator,
-cleaning of the ECS Building on weekends and non-working days, in which the ECS Building remains open from 8:00 to 18:00 - a minimum of 3 (three) people plus the Cleaning Service Coordinator.
b. in season:
-cleaning of the ECS Building from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 16:00 - a minimum of 5 (five) people plus the Cleaning Service Coordinator,
-cleaning of the ECS Building from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 21:00 - minimum 6 (six) people plus the Cleaning Service Coordinator,
-cleaning of the ECS Building on weekends and non-working days, in which the ECS Building remains open from 8:00 to 21:00 - a minimum of 4 (four) people plus the Coordinator.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act, i.e. consisting in the repetition of similar services constituting the subject of this contract – through cleaning services and maintaining the Ordering Party's real estate in Gdańsk at Pl. Solidarności 1, consisting of the building of the Ordering Party's registered office and external areas – for a maximum period of another 24 months, on the terms set out in Chapter 21 of the SWZ.
