The market is divided into lots as follows:
Lot 1 - Televigilance devices and accessories.
Televigilance is one of the CSD's home support services. It allows the beneficiary to have assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and thus to continue to live at home with complete peace of mind.
In the event of a fall, health or other problem (intrusion, fire, etc.), and by activating the system via a transmitter in the form of a necklace or bracelet, the beneficiary comes into direct contact with one of our operators who makes call for necessary help depending on the nature of the emergency (ambulance, police, firefighters, family member, etc.).
In the event of frequent falls, we can equip it with a discreet fall detector, which automatically sends a… (see contract documents).

We also have a whole series of sensors that will be able to provide maximum security for the beneficiary's living environment.
As part of keeping beneficiaries at home, the CSD wishes to acquire a secure lock system allowing authorized persons to enter the home while ensuring its security. The purpose of this system is to replace "key boxes with code".
The device must be installed on the beneficiary's door, which allows access to the beneficiary's home via a secure smart phone application.
The CSD of Liège wishes to acquire a new generation system which makes it possible to manage and efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to Televigilance, as well as those of the evening permanence (see below: evening permanence calls point) .
The software must interface with our telephone exchange using VOIP / SIP technology as a communication channel, as well as with our business software in an automatic, direct and transparent manner.
The CSD of Liège manages and processes the files and calls of its beneficiaries as well as those of other partners.
