The University of Stavanger (UiS) would like to enter into a framework agreement for a caretaker/building operator. The aim of the procurement is to meet the need for caretaker and facility services at UiS' locations in the Stavanger area. Caretaker/building operator services will be orderers as required. A framework agreement will be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement period is 1 year. The contracting authority will have an option for 3x1 year extension of the framework agreement, total maximum 4 years.
