Scope and description of the mission
The assignment consists of performing preventive maintenance and service of the Client's production overhead crane according to planned and scheduled service intervals against a framework agreement. The assignment may also include corrective maintenance if the need arises, as well as various types of additional work.
The customer has two (2) waste boilers at Ryaverket in Borås that are in operation all year round. The traverse consists of one (1) crane and two (2) polygrab buckets (grab bucket) and is located at Ryaverket in Borås.
The service interval is 1 time/month, a total of twelve (12) service occasions per year. All elements to be performed at each service occasion are compiled in a service schedule/checklist, called "Appendix 4". The cost per service is priced in section 1.6.4. Specification of what should be included in the pricing for the monthly service is set out in section 1.6.4.
The traverse is used to load combustible waste into the filling shaft and for moving/stacking and mixing the combustible waste. To be able to lift and move the waste, the traverse is equipped with a polygrab bucket. The tare weight of the bucket amounts to 5.5 tonnes. There is only one (1) bucket in operation at a time and it is changed every month. The replacement of the bucket itself is carried out by the Customer's staff so it is not included in the assignment.
The traverse is in operation around the clock every day of the year, so it is of the utmost importance that service and preventive maintenance are managed and carried out in a professional and professional manner. The technical data of the crane are given in section 1.1.6.
The assignment also includes being able to perform various types of additional work such as; Life life studies, condition analysis, in-depth troubleshooting, assist with third-party control and general advice in connection with any deviations being discovered on the traverse. The cost of additional work is priced per hour. See section 1.6.4. The price must include labour, consumables and personal protective equipment.
The customer reserves the right to make separate procurements for investments and major maintenance measures of the overhead crane that have an estimated value above SEK 300,000, outside the signed framework agreement. The value of the procurement is estimated at SEK 2.0 million/year. The ceiling volume is estimated at SEK 21.0 million.
The above stated call-off volume should only be seen as a guide for the Tenderer and applies without commitment from the Client's side. The Tenderer undertakes to meet the Client's real needs. The customer does not guarantee continuous employment.
