Energie und Wasser Potsdam GmbH would like to plan a clear water heat pump at the site of the northern sewage treatment plant.

In summary, the request includes the following technical content:

- A clear water heat pump with approx. 3 MWth./1.3 MWel.

- The peripheral systems required to operate the heat pump (MSHV, NSHV, if applicable, etc. Soft start system, transformer, ventilation systems, hydraulics)

- The supply and discharge on the site of the sewage treatment plant

- The building envelope (functional construction)

- The consideration of a placeholder for ozonation/trace substance removal/4th cleaning stage in the building (second building section). Parallel planning is commissioned by EWP, coordination and incorporation of external planning

- Consideration of the space requirements and the connection options in the energy center for a deep geothermal plant to be realized later

- Dimensioning/planning of the district heating connection (handover to sewage treatment plant site)
