This contract is a Design & Build works contract having for object "The transformation, renovation and bringing into conformity of an office building and parking located at 6000 Charleroi, boulevard Tirou, 100".

The contract will be awarded in two phases as follows:

- 1st phase: selection of tenderers (maximum five)

- 2nd phase: the award of the contract to the most economically advantageous selected tenderer from the point of view of the adjudicator.
