The tendering bodies are the district of Warendorf and the Verkehrsgesellschaft Ahlen mbH. The contractor is obliged to transfer part of the operatorship for the transports covered by this contract to Verkehrsgesellschaft Ahlen mbH. The details of this are regulated by the management transfer and subcontractor agreement between the contractor and Verkehrsgesellschaft Ahlen mbH, which is also concluded with the award of the contract and is attached as Annex 1a.
