The invitation to tender concerns the property management services of the Mikkeli offices of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Xamk Oy) and the Mikkeli offices of the South Savo Campus Properties Joint Municipal Authority as of 1.1.2024.

The buildings covered by property management services are located in Mikkeli.

The project consists of Mikkeli campus buildings: A, B, CDEX, F, H, J, K, L, M, N, T, U, building 11, building 13 (O- building) and the Välskärie house in the old barracks area, Tarkk'ampujankuja 1 company building and building P at Teollisuuskatu 3-5. The appendices to the invitation to tender describe the procurement with the help of the contract programme, service descriptions and base maps, among other things.

The offer is submitted as annual and unit prices to a separate price attachment (XLS) and the necessary other attachments are submitted on the portal of the electronic bidding system (Tarjouspalvelu.fi) by downloading.

Before submitting a bid, bidders must participate in the presentation of the properties, which will be held on Thursday 10.8.2023 starting at 10 a.m. The starting point is Mikkeli, Patteristonkatu 3, the main lobby on the 1st floor of building D.
