The subject of the contract is the implementation and handling of the overall urban development measure "Socially Integrative City of Obere Neustadt" as the fiduciary redevelopment agency of the City of Husum within the meaning of §§ 157, 160 BauGB in the formally defined redevelopment area "Socially Integrative City of Obere Neustadt" within the framework of the federal and state government -the urban development program “Socially Integrative City” (in future: “Social Cohesion”).
