Communal Electrics and Emergency Lighting Repairs.

The Trust wishes to employ a contractor that can assist in the Electrical and Lighting Repairs and Upgrade works that are required within their General Needs Flatted Accommodation. These works may involve complete rewiring of the Communal systems with Emergency and General Lighting included. Other works may be upgrading to wiring systems to bring them up to current regulatory standards following the on-going testing programme and those that have been previously completed.
