The subject of the contract is a service in the field of: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all property owners from the Poronin Municipality - inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated; collection, transport and management of waste, which will be placed by residents in front of the property in the action system; collection, transport and management of waste collected in the PSZOK located in Poronin, equipping it with containers and containers for segregated municipal waste and providing bags for selective collection. The estimated volume of the subject of the contract during the contract implementation period, i.e. in 2024, is approx. 3,250 Mg. The amount of waste collected from January 2023 to August 2023 amounted to 2,293.19 Mg, the Contracting Authority estimates the amount of waste collected in 2024 at approx. 3,250 Mg and this amount of waste will be included in the tender calculations.

Municipal waste collection vehicles should meet the permissible exhaust emission standards – at least the Euro 4 standard – and must be equipped with a set of recording cameras, barcode readers and GPS readers to read the route. The service consists in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Poronin Municipality broken down into waste fractions: mixed municipal waste, slag and ash from household furnaces, segregated waste: plastics, metals and packaging from these fractions, segregated waste: paper, cardboard and packaging from these fractions, segregated waste: glass and packaging from these fractions, biodegradable (green) waste, etc., furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment, concrete waste and concrete rubble, brick rubble, construction and demolition waste from households, waste: expired cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs, etc., used batteries and accumulators, etc., hazardous and inert waste, waste generated during household injections (used needles, syringes), clothing and textiles, bulky waste from PSZOK (m.in.: tyres, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture, bio-waste, construction and demolition waste, etc.).
