1.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection and management of municipal waste generated on real estate inhabited in the area of the Zebrzydowice Commune, excluding waste related to business activity. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste from residential properties, in particular:

a. mixed municipal waste and residues from waste separation,

b. paper and cardboard,

c. glass,

d. plastics, metals, multi-material waste,

e. biodegradable waste,

f. waste electrical and electronic equipment,

g. bulky waste,

h. used tyres,

i. ash from home hearths,

j. etc. (the waste catalogue is open) - as part of the provision of services, the contractor will be obliged to collect only municipal waste subject to entry in the register of regulated activities in accordance with the interpretation of the Ministry of the Environment.

The subject of the contract includes all real estate inhabited in the area of the Zebrzydowice Commune. In the Commune of Zebrzydowice there are two periods of waste management throughout the year: - the summer period is valid from 01.04 to 31.10 of a given calendar year. - the winter period is valid from 01.11 to 31.03 of a given calendar year. 1.2. General data: Gmina Zebrzydowice covers an area of about 42 km2, which is about 0.3% of the area of the Silesian Voivodeship, and has over 12 thousand inhabitants, or about 0.2% of the population of the voivodeship. Number of properties approx. 2840, number of farms approx. 3250. The Gmina Zebrzydowice consists of 4 villages: - Zebrzydowice, - Marklowice Górne, - Kończyce Małe, - Kaczyce, which were divided into 5 units – sołectw - sołectwo Zebrzydowice Dolne, - sołectwo Zebrzydowice Górne, - sołectwo Marklowice Górne, - sołectwo Kończyce Małe, - sołectwo Kaczyce.
