The e-bikes supplied must be new and comply with all standards and regulations in force at the time of submission of offers and deliveries (French and European).

The SMTD also imposes on applicants the following technical characteristics as a mandatory service:

The VAE must be personalized with the colors and logos of the Syndicate. They must also have a fleet number unique to each bike and they must also be marked against theft (bicycode marking or equivalent). All information and references (vectorized logo, yellow RAL, fleet number, etc.) will be provided to the selected service provider. The candidate will specify the process of marking and personalizing the bike. ;

The transmission of the bikes will have to be in Cardan;

The bike must be equipped with a side stand;

The skate or V-brake braking system is excluded.
