The subjects of the order are:
"Comprehensive services of electricity supply to the following facilities: buildings, traffic lights, rainwater pumping stations and ferries in the area of wzDW administration for the period 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 (1 year)."
The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the supply of electricity together with the service of electricity distribution for the needs of the Ordering Party.
PART 1 Supply of energy to the facilities listed in the price and offer form of part 1.I.-1.IX. and a list of energy consumption points for Enea Operator S.A. - PPE No. 1 (Annex No. 1)A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the names and locations of the facilities, the forecasted demand for electricity during the term of the contract, types of tariffs, contractual capacity, place of delivery and the necessary data for the conclusion of the contract are included in the offer form and Appendix No. 1.
Please be advised that when providing a comprehensive service, which is the subject of the order, a supplementary order is used. This means that it is possible to change the number of energy take-off points referred to in Annex 1
5.3. The values indicated in Annex 1 are estimates, which does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case can be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. Actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer, for the distribution of electricity will take place on the basis of fees resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator.
5.4. The order has been divided into 2 parts according to the areas of activity of Enea Operator S.A. and Energa Operator S.A.
PART I
– supply of energy to the facilities listed in the price and offer form of part 1.I.-1.IX.
and a list of energy consumption points for Enea Operator S.A. - PPE No. 1 (Annex No. 1)
The Contracting Authority stipulates that the Contractor may submit an offer only for 1 part of the contract.
The Contracting Authority informs that it provides for the provision of similar services in accordance with Article 214(7) of the PPL Act, i.e. award, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the existing service provider, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract. Part I up to the amount of: PLN 1,246,261.48 (net). This means that it is possible to increase the number of energy collection points.
PART 2 Supply of energy to the facilities listed in the price and offer form of Part 2.I.-2.2. and a list of energy consumption points for Energa Operator S.A. - PPE No. 2 (Annex No. 2).A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the names and locations of the facilities, the forecasted demand for electricity during the term of the contract, types of tariffs, contractual capacity, place of delivery and the necessary data to conclude the contract are included in the offer form and annexes No. 2.
