The subject of the order is (full name of the procedure): “Insurance service of the City of Ruda Śląska, County Labour Office, Municipal Organizational Units and Self-Government Cultural Units, Municipal Enterprise of Municipal Economy of the Society of Social Construction Sp. z o.o. and Rudzka Development Agency Investor Sp.z o.o.” The item of the order was divided into the following parts:

Part 1: Property and liability insurance (including: against all risks, electronic equipment, civil liability insurance for road management and liability of the real estate manager)

Part 2. Communication insurance (including: civil liability of motor vehicles, consequences of mishap accidents, auto casco with risk of theft and assistance)

A detailed description of the item of the order shall include a description of the object of the order, i.e. Annex 2 (including the additions) to the SWZ.

Part 1: Property and liability insurance.

The insurance in the scope of Part 1 includes:

a) property insurance against all risks;

b) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;

(c) liability insurance, including civil liability insurance for road management;

(d) compulsory liability insurance of the property manager (applies only to the Municipal Enterprise of Municipal Economy of the Society of Social Construction Sp.z o.o.).

Part 2: Communication insurance.

The insurance in the scope of Part 2 includes:

(a) insurance of the liability of the holders of motor vehicles for damage caused by the movement of those vehicles and the liability insurance of the holders of motor vehicles in foreign traffic ZK (OC);

(b) insurance of the consequences of driver and passenger mishaps (NNW);

(c) auto-casco (AC) insurance with the risk of theft and assistance;
