The subject of the contract is the repair of modernized 3BM rolling castors and 4BM drive units for electric multiple units (ezt) of the EN57 series, EN57AL 2014, EN57AKM 2013, EN57AKM 2009.
1. The subject of the contract is the repair of modernized 3BM rolling wheelsets and 4BM drive units for electric multiple units (EZT) series EN57, EN57AL 2014, EN57AKM 2013, EN57AKM 2009.
2. The repair shall include upgraded castors:
1) rolling 3BM to EN57 in the amount of 4 pcs.,
2) rolling 3BM to EN57AL 2014 in the amount of 64 pcs.,
3) rolling 3BM to EN57AKM 2013 in the amount of 36 pcs.,
4) drive 4BM to EN57 in the amount of 4 pcs.
5) drive 4BM to EN57AL 2014 in the amount of 48 pcs.
6) drive 4BM EN57AKM 2013 in the amount of 8 pcs.
7) drive 4BM EN57AKM 2009 in the amount of 20 pcs.
hereinafter referred to as castors.
3. Repair of wheel sets is aimed at restoring their full repair, structural and operational parameters.
4. The scope of repair of wheelsets will depend on the technical condition in which they will be sent for repair and will concern:
1) for castors 3BM and 4BM for ETA series EN57 and EN57AKM 2009:
(a) maintenance level activities P4 including rimming and replacement of the gear (replacement of the gear applies only to 4BM castors) – fixed range:
- disassembly, washing and preparation of the component for repair,
- diagnostic tests of the component,
- rimming castors with rims made of P60T or B6T steel,
- replacement of grounding brushes in 4BM drive sets from EN57AKM2009 series,
- flaw detector examination of axles and barefoot wheels,
- tests at a test station or diagnostic station.
(b) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a rolling wheelset:
- replacement of the bearing,
- replacement of the barefoot wheel,
- replacement of the wheelset axle,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
(c) work beyond the permanent scope of repairs for the repair of the drive wheelset:
- replacement of the barefoot wheel,
- bearing replacement
- replacement of the wheelset axle,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
2) for castors 3BM and 4BM for EZT series EN57AKM 2013, EN57AL 2014:
(a) maintenance level activities P4 including rimming – a fixed range of:
- disassembly, washing and preparation of the component for repair,
- diagnostic tests of the component,
- rimming of castors with rims made of steel recommended by the contractor of modernization,
- replacement of grounding brushes in 4BM drive sets from EN57AKM 2013 and EN57AL series,
- flaw detector examination of axles and barefoot wheels,
- tests at a test station or diagnostic station.
(b) work beyond the fixed scope of repairs for the repair of a rolling wheelset:
- replacement of the bearing,
- replacement of the barefoot wheel,
- replacement of the wheelset axle,
- replacement of the bearing ring,
(c) work beyond the permanent scope of repairs for the repair of the drive wheelset:
- replacement of the bearing,
- replacement of the barefoot wheel,
- replacement of the wheelset axle (disassembly and assembly of the transmission),
- replacement of the bearing ring.
Note: 4BM castors for EN57AKM 2013 and EN57AL 2014 series will be supplied
together with two-stage transmissions. Rimming should be done without disassembling the transmission.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of works performed beyond the permanent scope of repair as part of the order,
3) additional works not included in point 2, if they occur.
5. A detailed description and method of implementation of the subject of the contract shall be specified in the Designed Postanow. agreements constituting Annexes No. 10 to the SWZ. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications. and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL Act, allows the use of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, indicated in the SWZ and attached. In case of application. the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in relation to the subject of the contract.
6. The Ordering Party requires that the order be carried out for a period of 6 months, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract.
