The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the objects of the Ordering Party under conditions and in the quality standard defined by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 716, amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy with on 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended), as well as in accordance with applicable regulations to the abovementioned law, the rules laid down in the concessions and provisions of the Agreement. The supply of electricity is to be provided in total up to 41 electricity intake points located in Bialski County and Biała Podlaska City, of which part No. 1 relates to 38 power intake points and part no 2 -3 power consumption points. The detailed scope of supply is described in Annex 1 to SWZ 'Detailed list of energy intake points'.
Supply of electricity to the facilities of 14 district organizational units and legal entitiesThe subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to facilities on the board of organizational units of Bialski District under conditions and in the quality standard defined by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, of d.) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93 item 623, as amended), as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations to the abovementioned law, the rules set out in the concessions and the provisions of the contract.
The execution of the item of the order will be carried out through a distribution network owned by the Distribution System Operator (DSO). The Contractor is obliged to have a current agreement with PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin allowing the sale of electricity through the distribution network PGE Distribution S.A. Branch Lublin to the facilities of the Ordering Authority. The contract also includes representation of the Contractor by the Contractor before the relevant DSO on the basis of the power of attorney granted (the model specifying the scope of the power of attorney is annexed to the contract).
The subject of the order constitutes the supply of electricity for 38 electricity intake points. The data necessary to carry out the change of the seller shall be included in Annex 1 to the SWZ 'Detailed list of energy intake points', while the documents and all necessary data will be provided at the latest on the date of signing the contracts. The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of signing contracts by correspondence.
The projected total estimated electricity consumption of facilities during the duration of the contracts is approximately 833 550 kWh. The determination of the envisaged electricity consumption is an essential element to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the quantities specified.
The order includes the supply of energy to the facilities of the following county organizational units and legal entities:
- Maria Dąbrowska School of Economics Team in Międzyrzec Podlaski,
- A. Naruszewicz School Complex in Janów Podlaski,
- School Team of Wł. St. Reymont in Malaszewiczy,
- Unit-Podlaskie Technical Schools team in Międzyrzec Podlaski,
- General Education High School named after Gen. Wł. Sikorski in Międzyrzec Podlaski,
- J.I. Kraszewski Museum in Romanow,
- Family House in Żabce,
- District Support Centre for People with Mental Disorders in Międzyrzec Podlaski,
- Władysław Zawadzki High School in Wisznice,
- District Roads Board in Biała Podlaska,
- District Labour Office in Biała Podlaska,
- Independent Public Health Care Facility in Międzyrzec Podlaski,
- Administrative Center of Care and Educational Centres in Komarna,
- District Starostwo in Biała Podlaska.

The offer price shall include all costs associated with the execution of the subject of the contract which the Contractor must bear, including in particular the costs associated with:
- the settlement of electricity;
- taxes including VAT and excise duty;
- representation on the basis of the Contracting Authority granted before the DSO;
- issuing and providing VAT invoices;
- change in the tariff group for each point of collection;
- carrying out trade balancing;
- informing the Ordering Party by telephone, electronically or by fax of problems or circumstances likely to affect the quality and manner of performance of the subject of the contract or any other relevant to the performance of the subject matter of the contract, including the identified defects or defects in the measurement and settlement system and other circumstances affecting settlements for energy sold;
- the processing of applications or complaints of the Ordering Party.
