these works include: - the technical and economic study of the construction of the BOURSIES wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of 550 p.e., of the reed filter type (Fpr), - the realization of the execution studies, the corresponding plans and technical specifications, their transmission to the project managers and their modification according to the observations made by the latter, - the declarations and administrative authorizations related to the works,- the preparation of the site, including the site installations and the base life, the bailiffs' reports,- the supply and installation of all the electrical, electronic, automation and remote management equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the new installations,- the construction of access and interior roads to the site, including horizontal and vertical signage (sign and stop line at the exit of the station, indication on the ground of the direction of traffic, parking spaces, prohibited parking areas, ...),- supply and installation of all networks,- supply and implementation of outdoor facilities,- restoration of the premises,- carrying out all tests, tests and tests described in the administrative and technical clauses,- the fine-tuning of the settings and the start-up of the entire installation,- the provision of a sampling file and the analysis of the risks of failure, their effects and the measures planned to remedy any breakdowns
