The purpose of this Tender from Stichting Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (hereinafter Client) is to contract 1 cleaning company that can provide the cleaning services of the Museum and Depot.

The estimated value of the Assignment is expected to be EUR 350,000 excluding VAT per year. Client assumes an initial duration of the agreement of two (2) years and four times an option to extend for one (1) year each time. The maximum duration of the agreement is therefore a maximum of six (6) years. The Client expects the total contract value over the entire duration of the Agreement to be approximately EUR 2 100,000 excluding VAT. Participants cannot derive any rights from this statement of the estimated value of the present Assignment.
