1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and thermal disposal of medical and veterinary waste in the case of:

- planned downtime of thermal waste disposal

- unforeseen failures of thermal waste disposal installation

- lack of spare processing power

2. The estimated amount of waste is: 970 000 kg per year, which is subject to change.

In accordance with Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
