The subject of the framework contract are building inspections according to DIN 1076 in accordance with the specifications of the service description.
The structural tests are divided into the following service areas:

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services specified in the service descriptions (Appendices 1 and 2 to the framework agreement) takes place by means of a so-called "open house procedure". (for more information, see Section VI.3 and in the cover letter available at the electronic address given in Section I.3).

The framework agreement to be concluded shall individually include for each contractor those service areas described in more detail in the service descriptions (Appendices 1 and 2 to the framework agreement) for which the admission requirements were proven with the application for approval.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2024 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open-house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends subject to extension option on 31.12.2024. Analogous to the open house procedure, the framework agreement can be extended twice until 31.21.2025 or 31.12.2026 due to the extension option. Further details are regulated by the framework agreement.
The subject of lot / performance area 1 are structural tests according to DIN 1076 with regard to bridges, noise protection walls and other civil engineering structures.
