Framework agreement for the provision of bus tours throughout Germany and other European countries

The task includes the execution of bus trips of various kinds on call by appointment on behalf of the City of Munich. The journeys take place on behalf of the calling department or participation company (demand points).

These are multi-day or one-day trips with small children (eg kindergarten children), children (eg elementary school students), young people (eg students), staff and guests of the City of Munich.

The purposes of the trip include various types of excursions, such as school trips to Schullandheimen and zoos or company outings, also city tours or transfer trips within Munich and trips to the airport and trips to training facilities and events.

The particular journey involves picking up and transporting and, when requested by the job site, returning people to the agreed destinations and travel times.

Travel times can be distributed throughout the day. The driver and the vehicle shall be available on-site at the request of the requesting point of service for the performance of the service throughout the period.

The mission area with the respective destinations is mainly the city of Munich and its surroundings. In addition, a large number of trips in the territory of the Free State of Bavaria.
