The contract has as its object the assignment of the commission service of static testing of the structures, technical-functional, technical administrative, technical audit, in progress and final and energy performance certificate of the interventions of "Rationalization and reorganization of the sewerage and purification system of the urban agglomeration of Vicenza and neighboring municipalities related to it (Basin VI 6 P.R.R.A. Veneto Region) - Excerpt I ° - extension "Casale", of which the works of I ° STEP 'PNRR - M2C1.1.I1.1 - LINE C' object of financing granted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (MASE) Department of Sustainable Development with Decree m-ante. MiTE.DISS.REGISTRO DECRETI.R. 0000023.20-01-2023 of 20/01/2023, according to the conditions established by the Technical Specifications, Tender Regulations, the Technical Address File based on the tender and related attachments.

It should be noted that some works of the integrated contract, as better specified in the "Technical address dossier", are the subject of specific PNRR funding granted by MASE.

The works of I° STEP - "M2C1.1.I1.1 - LINE C", are the sections of thermal drying, thermal hydrolysis and mechanical dehydration. Access to PNRR funding is, however, subject to a series of constraints imposed by the Ministry that must be respected, otherwise the assigned contribution will not be paid. In this regard, it is highlighted the mandatory compliance with the following deadlines set, in particular:

- identification of the "Realizing Subjects" by 30/09/2023;

- approval of the executive project by 30/06/2024;

- realization of the interventions, subject to the successful completion of the test by 30/06/2026.
