The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and other works, i.e. to a limited extent maintenance of forest roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, obtaining Christmas trees to be made in the Kościan Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract has been divided into III parts ("Package").

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and other works, i.e. in a limited scope of maintenance of forest road roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, acquisition of Christmas trees to be made in the Kościan Forest District in 2023, forestry: Kotusz and Żegrowo;

2) The material scope of the contract includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of tourist equipment and

educational, maintenance of forest roads, water drainage and acquisition of Christmas trees resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Attachment No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ,

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) The Ordering Party is entitled to entrust the Contractor with an additional material scope in relation to the total number of all activities valued in each of the items of the offer estimate constituting part of the Offer ("Option"). Detailed information about the Option is contained in point II.2.11) of this announcement.

7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, information in this respect is contained in points 3.7-3.13 of the SWZ. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts in question shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract, including the right of option. These contracts will be awarded after a separate procurement procedure has been conducted in a single-source procedure. The place of execution of the contracts in question will be the administrative area of the Kościan Forest District.

The estimated value for the first part of the contract, which does not include the value of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and options, amounts to PLN 1,458,089.93 net.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, maintenance of forest roads, water drainage and harvesting of Christmas trees resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

These contracts will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services which are the subject of this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the contracts in question shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract including the right of option. These contracts will be awarded following a separate single agreement procurement procedure. The place of execution of the orders referred to will be the administrative area of the Kościan Forest District.

The estimated value for the second part of the contract, which does not include the value of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law and options, amounts to PLN 2,106,017.03 net.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;
