In the case of the provision of budget resources to the required level, there is a need for:

1,100 pairs of trekking boots for men; 120 pairs of trekking boots for women; 100 pairs of high boots and 360 pairs of winter boots, forest, conforms to TL-FW S02; tl.FW S04 and TL-FW S05; edition 11/2021

Contract period: until 31.07.2024, option 2 times 12 months.

On January 1, 2014, the Lower Saxony Act to Secure Tariff Fidelity and Competition in the Awarding of Public Procurement (Lower Saxony Tariff Loyalty and Procurement Act - ntVergg) came into force. This law is intended to ensure fair competition when awarding public contracts and promote environmental and social procurement by public authorities. NTverGG applies to all public contracts for construction, service and delivery services, including public passenger transport services (public transport) - from an estimated order value of EUR 20,000.00 (net).

The contract is awarded in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the NTVergG in accordance with the provisions of the Lower Threshold Award Ordinance (UVgO) of February 2, 2017. Reference is made to Section 2 of the UVgO (award principles). Furthermore, reference is made to some of the basic regulations of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), in particular Section 97 (1) to (6) GWB.

The offer must be submitted via the award platform.
