The subject of the order is insurance in the following range:

- Property insurance against all risks (CPV - 66515400-7, 66515000-3),

- Compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activity (CPV - 66516000-0),

- Voluntary civil liability insurance of an entity performing medical activity (CPV - 66516000-0),

- Civil liability insurance in connection with conducted business and owned property (CPV - 66516000-0),

- Insurance of electronic equipment - mobile terminals (CPV - 66515400-7, 66515000-3).

The subject of part 01 of the order is property insurance against all risks.

The subject of Part 02 of the order is:

(a) Compulsory liability insurance of a medical entity,

(b) Voluntary civil liability insurance of an entity performing medical activity,

(c) Liability insurance in respect of business and property.

The subject of part 03 of the contract is the insurance of electronic equipment - mobile terminals.
