The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management of waste, semi-finished products for the production of alternative fuel (waste code 19 12 12) from the municipal installation in Wola Pawłowska. . The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be no more than 5,000 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the term of the contract, but not less than 2,000 Mg). The projected monthly amount of waste is estimated at about 830 Mg.

1.1The offered method of management of components for RDF production must comply with applicable law and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 669).
1.2. The estimated amount of waste to be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract shall be not more than 5,000 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the term of the contract, but not less than 2 000 Mg). The projected monthly amount of waste is estimated to be around 830 Mg.
1.3. Waste intended for further development is created on a sorting line where unsegregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (of groups 15 and 20) are sorted. The waste is baled on the press in the form of cubes measuring 80x100x150 cm, bound continuously by wire 3.2 mm thick. The average volume density of waste is 480 kg/m3.
1.4. Reception of alternate fuel production components (RDF) will take place from Monday to Friday in the quantity specified in the unit order sent by email (or fax) or by telephone to the Contractor's representative. Reception of components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will take place from the RZGOK site in Wola Pawłowska gm. Ciechanów. The load of the component is on the Ordering Party side. Weighing of waste received by the Contractor shall be carried out on the legalized weights of the Contracting Authority or the Contractor.
1.5. The Contractor shall, after the end of each month, confirm the quantity of alternative-fuel production components (RDF) received for use on the basis of the BDO Waste Transfer Cards issued by the Contracting Authority (for each course).
1.6. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of transferring less waste during the term of the contract and the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.
1.7. The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated by the Draft Agreement (Annex 6 to the SWZ).
