Description:

Partick Housing Association Ltd. is a registered social landlord with housing stock throughout the west side of Glasgow.

It is the Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their Day to Day Repairs Service and Void Repairs Service in Partick, Glasgow.

The contract will be let for a period of three years with an option to extend on a yearly basis for a further two years. The contract is expected to commence circa the 1.4.2012.

The Contractor will be required to operate the Contract within the Client's pre determined timescales a summary of which are as follows:

Emergency - Response within 2 hours and make safe - works are normally completed within 24 hours.

Urgent - Attendance and completion within 3 working days.

Routine - Routine repairs shall be all other repairs deemed non-emergency, non-urgent or those not required to comply with the "Right to Repair" Regulations for seven day repairs. In such case, the following timescales will apply - 10 working days.
