NEW AG is converting its main administration building at its site in 41236 Mönchengladbach, Odenkirchener Straße 201 into a multispace building. In the existing office building of NEW AG, new multispace spaces with around 230 workplaces are to be created through the reconstruction on the EC to 3rd floors. The building has 5 floors above ground and one basement. There are storage and technical rooms in the basement. The EC to 4th floor currently has office use with separate offices. The 4th floor and façade have just been renovated and rebuilt. The existing building services are located on the 5th floor. The building is structurally connected to a two-storey pavilion on the 1st floor and an underground car park in the basement. No conversion measures are taking place in both areas. The construction process envisages the conversion on floors from the 3rd floor to the ground floor. The floors in which no conversion is taking place should continue to be used.

The subject of this call for tenders is the carpentry work for the construction project.
