1) The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

a) collection of municipal waste (emptying containers from municipal waste and transport of this waste to places of their disposal) from the area of inhabited real estate and real estate where residents do not reside in the quantity and capacity of containers and containers, in accordance with the order submitted by the Employer in Annexes to the Part III ToR - Description of the object of the contract (OPZ), located within the administrative boundaries of the Kostomłoty Commune,

b) equipping the property with devices for collecting waste and keeping it in an appropriate technical and sanitary condition,

c) establishing and operating a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

The subject of this contract (subject of the contract) includes the performance of the service - including changes resulting from the Act of 19 July 2019 on the amendment to the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1579 ) and the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on waste and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1403) - consisting, among others on delivery, municipal waste management, from real estate in accordance with the order submitted by the Employer in the annexes to Part III of the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), hereinafter also referred to as the "List of serviced real estate", their transport to municipal installation, equipping the real estate with devices used for collecting waste and maintaining it in a proper technical and sanitary condition, in particular the quantity and capacity of containers, containers and bags for collecting waste, preventing their overfilling and the creation and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).
