According to the commissioner's study, the initial estimation of the daily number of students for transportation (understood as imports on the route of the student home - school and then call back on the route school - student home) will be about 98 people, the number of days to provide the service is 110, and the total number of kilometers will be ( maximum demand) 202,400 km (1,840 km x 110 days), for the duration of the service
Caregivers are employed by the Contractor at his own expense. Guardians must have a place with the children they look after. If the children are not in the vehicle, the guardian can sit next to the driver. Guardians must be persons who have been trained in occupational health and safety, pre-medical first aid and have a course in the field of guardian of disabled children during transport. The daily amount of work for one guardian is 8 hours. When the child is brought to school, the guardian is obliged to take the child to the after-school club and hand it over to the after-school teacher, while taking the child away from the after-school teacher. The contracting authority stipulates that 11 carers will be needed to handle the transport of children, and this number of carers should be included in the valuation of the service in question. The total number of hours of caregivers will be (maximum demand) 11 x 8 x 110 = 9 680 hours for the duration of the service.
