1. The subject of the contract is Winter maintenance of municipal roads, squares, parking lots and sidewalks in the season

winter 2023/24 in the Jabłonka Commune. 2. The performance of the service will consist in removing snow from the roads

municipal and squares and combating slippery slopes by sprinkling (in the indicated areas) the surface on

Roads. The contracting authority divided the entire contract into 13 lots according to the number of areas 3.

Task entitled "Winter maintenance of municipal roads, squares, parking lots and sidewalks in the winter season 2023/24

in the Jabłonka Commune" covers 7 villages and one sołectwo, i.e. Bory sołectwo, village

Gmina Zubrzyca Dolna contains the villages and settlements of Chyżne, Jabłonka, Lipnica Mała, Orawka, Podwilk, Zubrzyca Dolna and Zubrzyca Górna. 4. Ordering Party

It requires that the snow removal service be undertaken in the event of a minimum of 8 cm of snow.

Used materials for sprinkling roads will be provided by the contractor at his own expense. Sprinkling materials

roads should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment
