This consultation concerns the collection and treatment of bio-waste generated, on the one hand, by municipal collective catering and, on the other hand, by the (open-air) food markets of the City of Villeurbanne (legal obligation under the Agec law)

Lot 01 concerns for the catering of the community:-The supply and maintenance of collection equipment;-The collection of bio-waste from the catering of the community (to date, 2 central kitchens and 1 municipal restaurant, 29 school groups);-The recovery and treatment of bio-waste as a priority by composting;-Support for the awareness of users and staff of the establishments in the change of practice related to the implementation of sorting bio-waste;-The implementation of reporting and active participation in the improvement of the service

Lot No. 2, the services of which cover for fairground markets: -The provision of containers suitable for bio-waste from fairground markets,-The collection of this bio-waste,-The emptying and treatment of the bio-waste collected,-The cleaning of the containers between uses
