Lot 1 Collection and recovery of bio-waste from the municipal catering of VilleurbanneLot 01 concerns for the catering of the community:-The supply and maintenance of collection equipment;-The collection of bio-waste from the catering of the community (to date, 2 central kitchens and 1 municipal restaurant, 29 school groups);-The recovery and treatment of bio-waste as a priority by composting;-Support for the awareness of users and staff of the establishments in the change of practice related to the implementation of sorting bio-waste;-The implementation of reporting and active participation in the improvement of the service
