Vattenfall intend to tender crew transfer vessels service for Offshore Wind Farms in Demark. There is few different lots defined splitting tender to few sub-tenders for specific offshore wind farms and one lot for general ad-hoc and short and long term charters. Chartering in total 3 crew transfer vessels (CTV’s):

One crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm horns Rev 1.

One crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm horns Rev 1. The vessel shall operate 5 days a week for period of 6 months during summer campaign every year.

One crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm horns Rev 1. The vessel shall operate for 6 months during months during summer campaign in 2020 only.

Chartering one crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during construction of the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak. The vessel shall operate from 1.4.2020 till 31.10.2021.

Chartering one crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during construction of the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak. The vessel shall operate from 15.4.2020 till 31.10.2021.

Possibility of chartering additional crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during construction of the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak.

Chartering one crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak. The vessel shall operate from 1.1.2021 till 31.12.2023.

Chartering one crew transfer vessels (CTV’s) during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak. The Vessel shall operate from 1.3.2021 till 31.12.2023.

Enter into a contract with 5 parties providing framework agreement for ad-hoc or additional short and long term charter of CTV for all Vattenfall’s offshore windfarms in Denmark and future Vattenfall’s projects in Denmark. The framework agreement should be valid from 1.4.2020 till 31.12.2023. For example among other possibilities:

(a) 3 months charter during operations and maintenance for the offshore windfarm Danish Kriegers Flak for BoP for summer campaign works. This will be needed every year during term of framework agreement.

(b) 3 months charter (with one month extension option) during operations and maintenance for the horn rev 3 site with start of 13.4.2020;

(c) 3-month charter (with one month extension option) during operations and maintenance for the horn rev 3 site with start of May 2020.
