One Direct Maintenance Limited (ODML) on behalf of One Housing Group (OHG) invites tenders to provide a Fire Safety Systems Maintenance and Responsive Repairs service to equipment installed within properties owned and / or managed by OHG in accordance with the enclosed documents.

The contract is divided into 2 Lots based on geographic areas and/or workstreams. Tenderers can submit a tender for both Lots but will only be awarded one.

The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend the contract exercisable by ODML for a further 2 years making a total of 5 years, i.e. (3 + 1 + 1). Extensions will be based on a number of factors but will undoubtedly be based on performance and whether the contract continues to provide a value for money service.
