The subject of the contract is the supply of social and living furniture for the needs of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz as part of the task entitled: "Łódź Toxicology Centre", in accordance with the presented description of the subject of the contract – guidelines in part B of the Terms of Reference.
The task is divided into three packages.
Package No. 1 – chairs, armchairs, sofas, stools, benches.
Package No. 2 – cabinets, bookcases.
Package No. 3 – refrigerators, stoves.
A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in part B to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "PRICE FORM – TECHNICAL PARAMETERS" – Appendix 2.
