The subject of the order is “Fulfilling Investor Supervision (Supervisory Supervisor) on the modernization of mechanical ventilation installations in FSUSR real estate in Horyńcu-Zdrój”. The Contracting Authority shall inform that the tender for construction works shall be broken down into 2 parts, with the Investor Supervisory subject to both parts in aggregate, i.e.:
1) “Execution of construction works involving the modernization of ventilation in buildings A, B, D and swimming pool”
2) “Execution of construction works involving the delivery and installation of ventilation centers in the pool building”.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the implementing project, the subject of works and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter STWiOR). The above documentation is an annex to the tender documentation.

Under the concept of performing the role of investor supervision, the Ordering Party understands the performance of supervision — in the technical and legal field of construction works — respectively — in the industries: construction and construction, sanitation and electrical.
The general responsibilities and powers of the Supervisor shall be defined in Articles 25-26 of the Construction Law Act.
The Contractor shall be the Contracting Authority's representative on the territory of the investment
to ensure compliance with the provisions of the law and contract with the implementation of the above task. Under supervision, the Contractor shall, in particular, be obliged to:
-ensure the presence of Supervisory Supervisors on the site at such intervals so that the effectiveness of supervision is guaranteed,
- participation of the Supervisory Supervisor in counselling, receipts and warranty reviews,
-and arrival at the construction site at every request of the Ordering Authority and Contractor.
