The municipality of Herrsching is planning the new construction of affordable housing in the centre of Herrsching.

Approximately 26 residential units are to be divided into 4 parts of the building and realised with a shared underground car park on the grounds of approx. 3 280 m 2. There is a legally binding development plan for the property on Mitterweg.

Planning:

The feasibility was demonstrated through a feasibility study. The buildings (II or III full floors) are connected underground by means of a middle garage.

The intended apartment sizes range from 1 to 5 rooms per unit and areas of approximately 35 to 110 m 2.

Private green spaces, publicly dedicated owner paths and a children's playground round off the measure in the open spaces.
