Lot 001 - contract for supply of Haemofiltration fluids for a 2 year period with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.

Lot 002 - contract for the supply of Haemofiltration consumables for a 2 year period with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.

The Trust may consider bids for a 2, 3 and 4 year contract including extensions.
