1. The subject of the order is the delivery of new ones: an agricultural tractor of the orchard and gardening type with a front loader and a truck with a permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes.

The car being the subject of the contract must comply with the technical conditions laid down by the legal rules in Poland for trucks up to 3.5 t travelling on public roads and the conditions provided for by Community law in the European Union for this type of cars.

Together with the car, the Offerer will forward to the Ordering Party:

(a) technical and operational documentation, including warranty cards,

(b) at the latest on the day of delivery of the car, the Polish approval certificate or the documents authorising the car into traffic on national roads.

Detailed technical parameters to be minimally satisfied by the vehicle provided are described in paragraph. III. SIWZ.
