The purpose of the consultation is, for each of the member organizations of the grouping: the management of accounts for the collection of contributions, contributions and other payments of sums recovered by the URSSAF, the management of "current accounts", the assumption of responsibility by the the holder of means of payment, the transfer of funds received to the central current account of the Central Agency for Social Security Institutions (ACOSS) opened with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (known as the "ACOSS account"), the provision by the associated services provider. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders composed of the following members: URSSAF of Haute-Normandie URSSAF of Basse-Normandie. The URSSAF of Haute-Normandie is the coordinator of the group of orders, in charge of the procurement procedure.
