The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, 730), hereinafter referred to as the sale of active electricity for a purchasing group created by an appropriate agreement. The projected total quantity during the contract period is about 25,799,937 kWh. The order was divided into 2 lots.

"Sale of active electricity for lighting of roads and squares", includes the supply of active electricity for lighting of roads and squares of the contracting party in the forecast quantity of approximately 9 914 772 kWh in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020, including dates resulting from the procedure of switching the seller, for 1,194 energy consumption points.

"Sale of active electricity for the needs of organizational units" includes the supply of electricity for the needs of the organizational units of the awarding entity, in the estimated amount of approximately 15 884 965 kWh in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020, taking into account the deadlines resulting from the procedure change of seller, for 663 energy consumption points.
